1 Acceptance of Terms

When you register an ao88 account or use any part of our platform — including games, promotions, the deposit and withdrawal system — you automatically accept and agree to all terms and conditions contained in this document, along with ao88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Acceptance of these terms is final and binding. ao88 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to the terms at any time without prior notice. 2 Member Eligibility

To become an ao88 member and use our platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one ao88 account only. Multiple account registrations using the same name, the same ID number, the same phone number, the same IP address, or the same banking details are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. False or misleading information provided at registration may result in all account balances being forfeited and the account terminated without compensation.

• Full name exactly as shown on your identity card or passport.
• An active and reachable Malaysian mobile number.
• Valid bank account or eWallet details in your own name.
• A strong password that is not shared with anyone.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Ao88 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysia payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed in real time or within a short timeframe.

For withdrawals, members are required to submit a request via the Wallet section within the ao88 platform. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the ao88 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Ao88 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Ao88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

Ao88 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, the respective bank or eWallet provider may impose their own charges based on their own policies, which are beyond ao88's control.

The general terms applicable to all ao88 bonuses are as follows:

Members agree to comply with the specific rules of each game they play. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, ao88's server records will serve as the final reference. ao88's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding.

• Technical interruptions during gameplay will be handled on a case-by-case basis based on server logs.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled except in the event of a clear technical error.
• Ao88 is not liable for any losses caused by an unstable internet connection on the member's end.
• The use of assistance software, bots, or any automated method to play is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ao88 account login details, including your username and password. ao88 recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login information with anyone.

Ao88 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an added layer of protection for your account. We encourage all members to enable this feature via account settings. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ao88 support team immediately.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the ao88 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary:

• Registering a fake account using another person's identity without their consent.
• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or eWallet without written authorisation.
• Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes through technical or other means.
• Collaborating with other players to exploit the system (collusion).
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the ao88 platform.
• Using VPN software, proxies, or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ao88 to the public.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Ao88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any term in this document.

In the event of an account suspension, ao88 will notify the member via their registered email address or phone number. The member has the right to appeal within 14 days of receiving the suspension notice. Appeals must be submitted to the ao88 support team with relevant supporting documents.

• If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, ao88 reserves the right to forfeit all existing balances, including cash and bonuses.

In all circumstances, ao88's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Amendment of Terms

Ao88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the ao88 website.

Ao88 will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notices or email to the registered address. However, the ultimate responsibility for reviewing the latest terms rests with each member.

If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account. Continued use of the ao88 platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
